Challenges
The client had high-quality realistic renders provided by FERCOPOR, but they did not accurately represent his specific unit due to design changes.
His target audience consists of highly successful real estate investors and high net worth individuals seeking luxury apartments in Porto's most sought-after areas.
Research and Planning
The research phase included analyzing the lifestyle and decoration preferences of potential buyers, as well as studying marketing media for similarly priced apartments in the area.
Initial concepts focused on capturing the apartment's natural light and selecting high-end furnishings to create a sense of spaciousness and livability.
2. Design Execution
The project involved three main phases:
1. Material and light study: Reference images were created to understand how materials and lighting would appear in photographs.
2. Decoration: Furniture options were researched, with Minotti chosen for its luxurious and sophisticated designs.
3. Camera positioning: Ideal angles and views were determined to showcase the apartment's best features.
3.Results and Impact
The final deliverables included 22 CGI images and a lifestyle video animation that captured the apartment's ambiance and quality of life which led to significant interest, ample praise for the apartment, and ultimately a record-breaking sale price for its size in the building.
